Operational research, SCM module design (tablet + web), product logo, and the 44-page investor pitch deck, working with developers through implementation.
Overview
Joodra Works runs an e-waste recycler's operation on one system.
I designed SCM, the operational core that runs contracts, shipments, and stock from purchase to outbound, and the product's logo. I also built the 44-page investor pitch deck that won the project its funding.
It replaces hand-written ledgers and scattered Excel files with a single ERP, built to launch the company's new factory and office in the U.S.
Problem
The work was still done by hand.
To design something that fit real operations, I studied how the company ran its existing factory in Korea. Everything was recorded by hand, through physical ledgers and manual Excel entry. There was no single view of the flow from contract to shipment, and nothing about the operation could be seen end to end.
Challenge
One interface for a fragmented workflow.
The task was to pull these scattered processes into one place and make a dense enterprise workflow legible. The hard part was doing it without flattening the complexity the work actually required.
Scope
All-in-one workflow solution
I designed SCM, operational core that ran contracts, shipments, and stock from purchase to outbound. This was the exact corner of the business where the hand-written ledgers had lived.

Approach — Data
A coding system that stays scannable.
Once e-waste moves through intake and processing, it yields many recovered metals and waste types, each needing its own code. The problem was making that growing, coded taxonomy readable at a glance inside data-heavy tables, so an operator could find and verify a material without parsing the whole sheet.
Approach — Context
One system, two reading contexts.
On the floor, workers operated on tablets. In the office, others reviewed the same data on monitors. I designed the interface so identical information stayed unambiguous across both, accounting for screen size, posture, and how each group used the tool.
Recycle SCM
SCM management flow
Optimize your supply chain with seamless inventory tracking and material alignment. Especially, the incoming raw materials go through three types of procession : Shredding, Separation, and Direct storage. The processed raw materials are recorded with both their material name and the type of processing they underwent.

Inbound Shipment
Inbound shipment list
In the Inbound section of the Shipment category, you will find a list of products received through purchase contracts. Set the status to "Shipped" if the delivery has been completed, or "Not Shipped" if it has not yet been received. Once the contract is finalized, click the "Add Inbound" button to create the shipment details.

1
Add a new purchase contract
Users can filter each purchase record in detail by contract date, supplier, product, transaction amount, and other criteria. To record a new contract, click the "Add Purchase Contract" button located at the top right corner to navigate to the corresponding screen.

2
Add a new purchase contract
Enter the details of the new contract, including the date, supplier, responsible person, and transaction amount.
You can select the product code and product from the item list.

3
Add a new product to the list
To add a new product to the list, click the "Add New" button, enter the product name and product code, and confirm the addition. The newly saved product will then be included in the complete product list.

Outcome
Now running daily at the U.S. office
I left before it shipped, and the live version has since grown past my original screens. What hasn't changed is the logo. I designed it during this phase, and it's still the company's logo today.
The company secured its investment partway through the project. The SCM I designed went on to be built into a working system, and it now runs daily at the U.S. office, replacing the hand-written ledgers I'd started from.
Brand
A 'J' shaped from data and the factory floor
I built it as a system, not a single logo. It holds across blue, black, and inverted surfaces, and scales from a full lockup down to the icon alone. It now anchors the product website and the pitch deck cover, and it remains the company's logo today.
I designed the Joodra Works identity from scratch. The mark is a "J" for Joodra, shaped to read as stacked data and a factory at once: the brand and the business in one form.
