Research Assistant

  • Analyzed sensor-logged GroundsWell Pod utilization advised by Prof. Kristin Huges. Including visit frequency, repeat usage, and dwell time patterns by shift and time of day, I translated findings into a report with clear operational recommendations for UPMC stakeholders.

  • Synthesized qualitative insights from 141 staff reflection cards into prioritized themes and improvement opportunities, connecting employees’ needs to the Pod and communication interventions that enhanced the UPMC workplace environment.

Product Designer (Contract)

Joodra / Seoul, South Korea / Jan.–Mar. 2025

  • Refined dashboard workflows for e-waste inventory, order processing, and shipment tracking to enable the platform’s initial launch.

  • Produced an investor-ready pitch deck and an interactive Figma prototype to effectively communicate the product vision and strategic value to stakeholders.

  • Delivered detailed UI specifications and functional documentation to ensure a seamless engineering handoff.
